A fresh country look with a french blue and white theme, boasting a queen size brass bed, crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows to complete the luxury. Through the French doors onto the verandah, experience breathtaking views of the Sunshine Coast and rolling hills.
A seperate cottage provides the ideal romantic retreat for couples, with a king size bed and bubble bath to relax in. A soft pink and white theme throughout with your own private verandah set amidst our beautiful scented garden. The guest cottage features split system air-conditioning, DVD/CD, fluffy toweling bathrobes, tea and plunger coffee with homemade short breads.
Thank you for giving us such a pleasant night away last night. Roseville House is beautiful and your facilities are excellent, particularly the comfortable bed! We can't believe that you are running such a professional operation after only three weeks! We had a most enjoyable time and we will be telling our family and friends all about it!

Roseville House was a pleasure to stay in. It is a little gem. We stayed in the Garden suite which is upstairs with a view of the pretty garden and the lovely roses.
The apartment had a very peaceful atmosphere, it was tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed to feel at home.
The hide away breakfast nook had tea and coffee facilities and was very well stocked with all you could need for breakfast, including a toaster and mini fridge.
There was a welcome basket packed with delicious and thoughtful goodies such as freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and chocolate

Lovely experience at Roseville House recently. The Garden suite has its own entrance which is great for privacy. The room has nautical accents with white painted shiplap on the walls, very appropriate when you're beside the sea! It was really welcoming and clean, with comfy wingback chairs and an electric fire if you felt the need. The larder press is really well stocked with cereals, juices, yoghurts etc so breakfast is on your own time. Great bathroom, really luxurious!

If there is a better-appointed b&b in Ireland, I would be very surprised. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, set in a walled garden in the centre of the town with its own entrance, and complete with fridge, proper coffee-making facilities, cutlery, corkscrew… Beautiful en-suite bathroom with an excellent shower. Absolutely fabulous breakfast brought to the room in the morning. Richie and Caroline are welcoming and attentive hosts. If you are looking for a base to explore the south coast, look no further.

Stayed here for just the one night, wished we could have stayed longer.
The room is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful. The garden is very pretty to look out at from the large bay window.
Despite being by the road, our sleep was not disturbed.
Breakfast served to the room was the highlight I think. It looked delicious and tasted delicious. The owners really know how to treat you to good food. The smoothie especially was delightful, and the homemade bread.
I love the cupboard/larder, great idea and very handy.
All in all, we really really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Roseville

We stayed at Roseville B&B as a stopover during our drive from Killarney to Dublin and it was exactly what we were looking for. Richie delivered incredible service from the moment we made our reservation via email to the moment we checked out. We chose the Roseville because of its location, but also because of its great reviews and photos detailing beautiful modern decor. When we opened the door and Richie showed us around, it was even more beautiful than we expected. Felt like I was staying in a 5 Star Resort! The room was beautiful, and enormous! Was recently renovated and looks brand new. They offer a breakfast service for €10pp which they bring right to your door on silver platters, and the food was very good.
Comfy bedding, lovely view onto the garden, great location just off Main Street and extremely friendly staff, I would absolutely recommend and would go back again myself on my next trip.

I had the privilege of staying at Roseville with my best friend this past week and what a treat! As you enter the walled garden, you start to feel an exhale. Then up to our private entranced suite (yes, it's more than just a room!), the Garden Room. The room is wonderfully designed/decorated - spacious, the tucked away kitchenette area w/fridge, the beautiful and also spacious bathroom. Really a lovely suite. Then there are your two hosts, Richie and Caroline - so nice, friendly and helpful! The breakfast delivered to the room at your requested time - felt very decadent to me and the food options

A very pleasant stay. The room was beautiful and had a nice view over the garden courtyard. The location was very good and we were within walking distance of the main street and restaurants. It was in the same parking lot (free parking) as the SuperValu and Red Store Restaurant (highly recommend). Roseville morning breakfast was very good, tasty smoothie and meal, and nicely priced at 10€, which was a very good deal. Very friendly hosts and had a great shower and bathtub.
