Honestly the food was 5 stars but the service was 0 stars. A man who seemed to be the server in charge served us and was honestly horrific to us. We were excited to have a nice dinner and the food was exactly that but our server made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and we left as soon as we had eaten because of it. He was not only rude but seemed to have friends dining that he continually went to chat to after serving us and was seen multiple times looking pointedly in our direction and laughing. There was not other tables near us and it was not at all behaviour that was potentially just a

After dining with Osteria 20 I was delighted by both the service and the food we received. The initial greeting by Giuseppe was warm and inviting and the festive decorations gave the restaurant a Christmas atmosphere that we have been yearning through the lockdowns. We were fortunate enough to meet a couple of the exceptional waiters and waitresses on the night who knew both the food and drinks menus very well, able to provide sound recommendations that impresses the whole family.
The drinks menu is quite impressive with detailed flavor profiles of the wines, Gins and Whiskeys that were a delight

Food was fine and the restaurant is lovely but the staff were absolutely appalling. We waited for 45 minutes before we asked to place our order, and then had to ask another three times because no-one came over. The worst was when the waitress was literally at our table, we asked to order, she said "yep" and then walked off to take food to another table and never came back! Outrageous. Not to mention the poor attitude that came with it.

Clearly an example of high demand for diners to eat out now restrictions have lifted and lack of experienced waiting staff. 2 menus given for table of 8 and annoyed waitress due to delay in giving order. Wrong cutlery provided with pasta dishes, wine ordered for main meal didn’t arrive until most of guests meals were being cleared. After asking twice, had to go to bar to ask for orders that were sitting waiting to be served to our table.) On returning from the bar the waitress was clearing table and asking if we wanted dessert. Happy with food . Service needs improvement.

The restaurant is usually packed for dinner and we always wanted to try it. Finally came around to and we were disappointed.
Started with the eggplant fries which was a pleasant surprise. A little over fried on some sides but all around a nice dish.
The mains were next. The bolognese though tasty, the pasta itself was slightly over cooked. The Tuto pizza however was atrocious. The entire pizza, save the crust, was soggy. It was like having pitta bread dipped dunked in water.

Came here by chance a month ago because the place we wanted to eat at was closed. Happy that we chose here because the bruschetta alone was worth the drive from the city. The seafood pasta was delicious and also a very large portion. Meatballs were ok but unfortunately hubby didn't like the Bolognese that much. Service was good and we'll definitely be back for that amazing bruschetta.

Osteria 20 is very beautiful restaurant that serves some good food and provides great service.
My favorite part about Osteria was the service. Really engaging staff and very smiley.

However when the wait staff first put the idea forward, it was suggested that a variety of veggies would be involved. When the pasta arrived, it was basically just sauce, peppers and pasta. Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. Parking is hard in this area. Waiter is friendly and salesy The side dishes are excellent and fish of the day was delicious. Room got a little too warm at times. Food is pricey so best to do infrequently for special occasions. Wine that was recommended was not great and the waiter was too pushy on Italian wines.

I first visited Osteria 20 two weeks ago by fluke, and after looking at their menu online, I decided to give it a try for dinner. It's gorgeous inside. Nice, spacious and modern.
There was a large function wrapping up, and while half the guests left, there were plenty that stayed and were ordering dinner too. I figure these people probably booked the restaurant in advance, so I would have assumed that management would have made sure there was enough staff on to look after them, plus regular patrons as well. That wasn't the case and the service was all over the place.
