The staff were very elegant, attentive and efficient. The food was lovely, and of a high quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. The staff asked if I would like to have a refill of the… food and for more hot water added to my tea. We had the Spicy Vanilla Dream & Irish Whiskey Cream Tea Pots (they’re amazing with / without milk). The service is beyond First Class. Definitely would visit again!

I highly recommend the Sensory Sensitive Santa High Tea at the QVB. All the staff, Santa and photographers were so amazing and have obviously been well trained on how to provide an extremely calm, non… threatening, welcoming and inclusive experience for families with additional needs. I was so impressed throughout our entire experience time. We were not bombarded with music, flashing or bright lights, and were able to do things at the pace we needed to. All the children spent their own time with Santa how they chose to and I felt no judgement. I cannot thank the QVB and the Tea Rooms enough

Very, very cute! It's not always open and I think you need to get a reservation. It's small inside and it was packed. I came home n to buy teas for a gift. This is a quaint and classy space which features some fine french teas and more. If you are seriously big on tea time this is the place. They serve pastries and the like to accompany your tea. There is usually parking in a structure underneath but it's not that big.

What a cool vibe in here. At first you think you will be hanging out in the front of the house until you are taken downstairs and welcomed to a very large space lit up with so much wine, bars and nooks with couches as well as high top community tables. Great service, they allow you to taste before you buy, and probably should with most glasses being 20+. They offer flight tastings also. It felt like a younger vibe with city workers celebrating an end to their work week. Fantastic vine list and a good place to come for a drink. I'd keep it at that only.

This is a fantastic venue for small events. Had my baby shower here and the staff was friendly, the interior was perfect, and we all had absolutely delicious tea. The location has free underground parking so it's super convenient to show up and enjoy your time here. This is a nice hidden gem and definitely recommend it for small events or just to enjoy a nice cup of tea.

I am so glad I found this awesome spot and they do online ordering! The package arrived and it was beautifully wrapped in pink tissue paper. This is my favorite tea brand and was nearing the end of my supply. I thought of ordering from Amazon but decided to seek out a smaller tea shop. So glad I did! Thank you for the awesome samples. It was like you read my mind. I have been curious about the Napoleon tea and will be ordering some soon! The Versailles Rose is a favorite as well!

Rose & Blanc is a cute tea room located in Los Angeles. The setting is really cute for photogenic posts with cute teapots, teacups, pink walls, curtains, the flowery wall, and their cute little finger food. This is a perfect place for Instagram posts and girls' afternoon tea time. This place has a 2-hour time limit per visit so make sure you stay within this time frame.
Highlights of the menu:
1. Special tea set: $70 for two ($35 each), including a teapot with any flavors, salmon truffle aioli sandwich, cucumber sandwich, ham & cheese croissant sandwich, biscuit, mini tarts, fruit cup salad,

This was in Ktown so in typical Ktown fashion, parking can be hard. There's a parking garage in the plaza but not a lot of parking. The tea is super cute and perfect for taking cute pictures but it can get a bit loud in there when the room is packed. They have a really good tea selection and their fingers sandwiches are tasty

Ordered the special tea set for two with the waffle add-on (+$4) as recommended by other reviewers. Went on a weekday, no time limit and was pretty empty after 3pm - many other customers were walk-ins.
Honestly a hidden gem. Pricy, but cheaper than some other high tea places.
Food: Liked the sandwiches and biscuits the most, egg sandwich was the best. Waffle was okay, only get it if you like lavender, because without the syrup to dip in, it's just plain. I think the only bad thing was that the macarons tasted slightly stale.
The amount of food is good; if we hadn't gotten the waffles, we still
