I couldn't be happier with the end result of my build. Although building through Covid my project was delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard. From demolition to handover Chris and his team were fabulous to deal with and were in constant contact to ask for my input or to work out a solution for one of the inevitable issues that crop up during the building process. I always felt at ease to raise an issue knowing l would be listened too. We could have better experience if Primebuilt and Chris Cahill had been more transparent about the costs at the beginning. Our final cost turned up to be a lot higher than we signed up for in the contract.
We had to pay separately at the end for things as basic as TV aerial which are normally included in the cost.

From start to finish Chris and the team at Primebuilt are true professional and have been great to deal with, with ZERO issues!
With a baby that decided to arrive early the team really pushed and meet our deadline, the finish and attention to detail was something I’ve never seen before in this industry, would do this with them again without a doubt.
