Stick House is a discreet renovation in the beautiful suburb of Montmorency. We were eager to address and utilise a generous garden setback perfectly suited for entertaining. The existing layout of the home failed to integrate a connection between this beautiful front garden and the internal living spaces.

The Team at CNC are honoured to receive recognition for our services in Design + Build for the following awards and categories. The City of Whitehorse Built Environment Awards celebrate the value of good design, creative thinking and sustainability in the built environment.
Each year for the month of October CNC turn their fleet of vehicles and workwear PINK & BLUE to raise much needed awareness and funds for SANDS Australia which proudly provide peer-support to parents who have lost their baby from miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn death.
An estimated 1 in 4 pregnancies (103,000) end in miscarriage in Australia each year, while approximately 3,000 babies are either stillborn or pass away in the first 28 days after birth.With some of our CNC team and close friends being the 1 in 4, we decided to get involved and show our support for this great cause.

We are very thankful to Nathan and Joel for turning our ideas into a beautiful home, supporting and guiding us through all the stages from design to moving in. Joel turned our rough sketches into our forever home, suggesting options, listening and coming back to us with ideas to fit our goals so that we have an amazing home utilising rammed earth, timber, galvanised iron and stonework. Nathan and Joel took on our goal to have a sustainable home that would be low maintenance in the future.

After years of hearing friends and acquaintances tell nightmare stories of their building processes... I have none to share after completion of our family home in Bellfield by CNC Constructions. They took our designs and made the build far greater than I could have even imagined it in my mind. A knock-down rebuild completed inside 9 months is really an outstanding result.
To echo the sentiments of previous reviews, Joel, Nathan and Richard are extremely CUSTOMER FOCUSED assisting us with their knowledge whilst being respectful of our own priorities and design requirements.

The CNC team were fantastic to deal with from the earliest of early conversations right through to handover. Our demo and build was challenging in that there were heritage considerations and we couldn't have been happier with the result. You can't even tell the pristine heritage exterior is even a new build! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend CNC for all building needs!

We can not thank Joel, Nathan, Richard and the rest of the CNC team enough for their professionalism and attention to detail whilst building our amazing new family home. They were extremely approachable and prompt in all communications whilst consistently meeting all timeframes and stages. Nothing was ever too hard, and their ideas were always thoughtful, client focused and budget conscious. The end result was a beautiful and functional family home with high end finishes. CNC are not just highly skilled at what they do but they are also great people and we would highly recommend them to everybody

Upon meeting Joel and Nathan from CNC we were very confident they were the right people for our first 3 Townhouse development in Watsonia.
Joel is an excellent Designer and so easy to deal with. On the build side Nathan and his team were so professional producing high quality workmanship with great attention to finish detail by Richard.

I have been thrilled with the work of Joel, Richard and Nathan at CNC Constructions. The attention to detail has been excellent from the initial quote to the finish of the build. They took pride in their work and often gave us great suggestions. I have always felt able to discuss any concerns I had and every attempt has been made to solve any problems efficiently and to our satisfaction. I love my light-filled small house that I would describe as 'classy'. I would also describe the building team that way - classy and friendly as well.
