Positive: Professionalism
I have worked extensively with BCC over some years and are about to do so again. I would use no other. We have done some very complicated projects with them with great success. I cannot understand not giving them 5 stars, Neil included. I have to believe there is more to those stories.

AVOID. Our commercial character building burnt down. We were unlucky to have dealt with Neil Oliveri - who lacked experience. avoided calls and was arrogant to deal with. The council says that although the building plan was approved as a structure it does not meet the condition that the structure replicated be a near facsimile the original structure. They have said that the certifier that certified the building did so without meeting that criteria and that the certification is not valid. The only way to have a valid certification is to apply for a Development Application for the whole building
