Extremely dodgy real estate. They don’t like to abide by Rta legislation and will try to take as much money as possible to keep to themselves. I don’t know if they’re allowing dodgy home owners to work through them of if they’re dodgy themselves. Either way they’re the ones who are abusing tenants rights

They are a absolute joke, There is no point of paying them bond because you will not get it back, they are the most judgemental and unprofessional real estate.. My partners parents paid $2000 in bond for it not to be returned and apparently his parents had to pay for carpet cleaning? Which bond is ment to be for? confusing right!! We were not allowed to hire our own carpet cleaner we had to go through there company which apparently doesn't come out of bond...... They are thieves and will never recommend this estate EVER!! Discusting

By far the best real estate we have ever rented through. Professional in all areas but most importantly, real people with that country charm and manner.
Very easy to work with the Boonah real estate team for any maintenance concerns and interim inspections.
