We employed Sandy Lower from Q State Properties to act as our buyers agent to buy our dream home. We are relocating from NSW and therefore she attended all of the home inspections, carried out all the negotiations and got us all we wanted and more! Sandy looked after our home for several years while we moved interstate. Her team show absolute care and dedication to her owners, properties and tenants which completely at ease with being 1000km away! Can’t… recommend Sandy and her team highly enough. After years of doing a great job managing our rental property, naturally we were thrilled to be able to have her list our house for sale which sold 48 hours later to one of her tenants!! Sandy is amazing, she is very thorough in the screening process for tenants and also ensures the property is thoroughly inspected prior to the tenants moving in. Since the tenants have moved in she has continued to conduct thorough inspections and has kept us advised on any issues with the property and with the tenant. So we are tenants, with Sandy at Q state Properties as our Property Manager. Sandy and her team are incredibly professional and prompt in assisting with any issue you may have as a tenant. As a tenant we are treated so respectfully and praised for keeping our property up to standard. When moving in, we were even greeted with a beautiful gift and a big bow on the front door, which I have only ever experienced before when buying property. I've had Sandy and Scharn look after 2 of my properties for the last 5 years and my wife and I are very impressed with the way everything is handled.
