I think you should have a talk to your staff and teach the ladies who answer the phones how to treat someone. Corina I think her name is needs to not talk down to people and treat older people like they are children. My wife was very upset about how she was spoken to. She asked a simple question and this person treated her like she was a fool. The dentist are great just wish the reception staff were better. Looks like we will be going to Southtown. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had not been to a dentist for a no of years (yes, like most, I kept putting it off). I researched dentists in Toowoomba and found Kitchener Street Dental. Having visited there twice (first for check, second for plenty of work on front teeth), I am so absolutely thankful that I found them. Dr Nigam and his team are the absolute professionals, and caring and considerate when it comes to (perceived) pain and discomfort in the dentist's chair. The difference in my front teeth is fantastic, I feel like smiling all the time!

Worst experience of my life. I called them with an excruciatingly painful tooth ache. I was taken in to see the dentist. He had a less than 30 second look in my mouth and said that my tooth ache was sinus related. Let me tell you that when he tapped on my tooth with the little metal hook it felt like he had jammed in into my head and smashed my tooth into a million pieces. By the end of this senseless tapping process to be then told it’s sinus related and to take Panadol he advised to come back in 3-7 days if the pain persisted as it may mean that the tooth may require a root canal. If it persisted

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Sudesh is an amazing dentist and always makes me feel so comfortable no matter the procedure I’m getting done. If I’ve had to be treated by another dentist due to Sudesh being away they have been amazing as well. All of the staff are so lovely and caring and always go above and beyond for us as clients. I have never had a bad experience with this place and highly recommend them. Keep up the great job 👏

I have been attending Kitchener Street Dental for over 20 years and they offer a wonderful service. Yesterday I was fitted with veneers and a crown. I feel so confident and they fit perfectly! As usual, the dental service was excellent! Both the dental and admin teams were so very helpful, kind, polite and always willing to help answer questions or give advice. Thank you to all and I'll see you in December for my annual check up!

My brother and I are happy with our dentist Dr. Sam. Her hand is very light, we don't feel any pain. After our appointment they gave us stuff to take care our teeth. The staff are always welcoming and genuinely appear to be happy to see you. They are always helpful and accommodating when unexpected changes need to be made to appointments - life happens. I have found the dentists amazing with children and adults who have some anxiety about going to the dentist, due to past bad experiences. How wonderful it is to feel that someone is actually listening and has a solution to a concern or the ability (patience) to work with you to get through any problem or concern.
