Michelle has completed the Master Implant Program at The Brener Institute here in Sydney, which is a prosthetic and surgical training course focused on the incorporation of implant dentistry as a crucial part of our modern dental profession.
She is also a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), an international association of dental professionals dedicated to learning and fostering knowledge within the profession through the sharing of educational resources.She is passionate about learning, and strives to maintain current knowledge and techniques to better serve the community by attending continuing dental education courses.

We endeavour to see every patient in an emergency situation as expediently as possible: please notify our front office coordinator if your situation is an emergency. A referral is not required to attend our office for general dental and hygienist services, only Sleep Apnea patients who require a Mandibular Advancement Splints are is requested to provide a referral from their Sleep Physician.

COMPLAINT TO HCCC RESULTED IN REVIEW BY DENTAL COUNCIL
Treatment ruled substandard (crown) and patient record keeping unprofessional after investigation by Dental Council of Australia. Dr. Ever Juan was investigated by Dental Council of Australia after I filed a complaint with the HCCC who referred the complaint to the council.
I had provided the practice with several opportunities to refund my costs and to repay ongoing dental costs of revision. The practitioner treated my requests dismissively. I filed a complaint as an ethical undertaking but was surprised that absolutely no care-centred interaction

Throughout my treatment, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Michelle and her office staff. The staff was kind and helpful, and the fees and charges were fair. They walk you through their processes from beginning to end. Overall, my experience with Dr. Michelle and her colleagues was fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else since I'm so delighted with the outcome.

I see Michelle and Nik at least twice a year, each visit leaves me with a positive experience. I live about 40kms away but don't mind the trek to Bondi Junction to get good quality care. Michelle is very experienced and knowledgeable, she makes me feel safe and calm. Everyone in this practice are caring professionals, I won't go anywhere else!

An amazing experience every time at this dentist. Michelle is a dedicated and caring dentist who has the gentlest touch . Michelle is so good I don't even need an injection for my sensitive teeth. My children are also happy to visit Michelle and Nick for all their dental needs. Couldn't recommend this practice highly enough. Brilliant.

I am a dental phobic. I like to understand what when why before my treatment and Dr Michelle Ever Juan takes the time to explain . She has a very gentle touch and has my trust and confidence.
