Veterinarians recommend desexing for a variety of reasons. Firstly, it prevents unwanted litters of puppies and kittens. In females, the spay procedure removes the reproductive organs and immediately stops hormonal cycles with the associated bleeding in bitches, and risk of pregnancy.

Vaccinations are very important and protect your pets against infectious and potentially fatal diseases. To maintain this immunity, the kittens and cats must be vaccinated once every 12 months. The vaccines will protect the cats from three infectious diseases - Feline enteritis, Cat Flu and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).

If you care about your pet you wouldn't take your vet here apart from reception staff which are friendly the,the vets themselves have no clue and in end lost my pet when it could have been avoided had they correctly diagnosed my pet after taking it to this particular vet 3 days in a row after a procedure. This was my experience and a emotionally painful one.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication. After spending $2500 on our pet, we got no answers, just going in circles. Couldn’t even return a phone call after several messages only to have gone home for the weekend. We had our beloved pet euthanised that weekend so thanks for all your care and concern (zero) The staff at the desk should be sacked.

Booked an appointment with my dog to see a vet to see how much it would cost to get his teeth cleaned and polished. One of the vets met me at the car to which I explained/showed her what was going on with my dogs teeth, asked her opinion if he would require a teeth clean and polish she said it looks like he will need to get it done. I said okay sounds good can you book it in please, she booked him in then charged me $82 for a consultation fee. I was quite shocked they would charge you this much for having a 5 min conversation. I rang the manager soon after to explain to her how disappointed I was

I have the pleasure of entrusting my bulldog to Dr Bob and his amazing team with the care of my boy Bartholomew.
They are always happy and even through covid times they greet you and especially your fur baby with a very warm welcome.

Amazing veterinary clinic.
We saw Dr Bob about our Aussie Bulldog and he was fantastic, taking time to explain everything so well. All the staff we saw were so engaging with us and friendly with my dog.
If you're thinking of going or looking for a vet, don't hesitate in heading there, they're great!

We took an injured magpie who regularly visits our backyard to Ultimate Vets, worried as it seems it was bleeding, vomited and very unsteady on its feet. Within 2 hrs we had a call. The bird had recovered and we could release him back in our yard. He is now singing and able to fly around. Thank you to all the staff. Excellent service.
