Absolutely five star !! Selling a property for the first time is already stressful enough, let alone selling it remotely from interstate. The quality of service and care we experienced with Ethel & Florence was second to none! Adele was our property manager and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was super responsive with all our correspondence and was more than happy to take the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. Adele effectively communicated throughout the whole process from the start of tenancy to the end of our lease which made it such a breeze, especially being my first time in a rental property. If there were any repairs etc to be taken care of, they were dealt with such ease and efficiency.

I cannot thank Adele enough for her first class service, speed and professionalism throughout the whole process of when I first applied for the apartment to rent which was in the wonderful Abian building on Alice St in Brisbane. Adele was always responsive and helpful as were all the staff at Abian. What an amazing building. I used the luxurious sauna and steam room and cold plunge pool so any times! The gymnasium at Abian is the best apartment gym I've ever used, globally... 5 stars all the way for Adele and Abian and i highly recommend using Adele for any real estate services. Thank you. Martin
