The best Property Managers I’ve ever rented off. Friendly, courteous and when things needed fixing it was sorted in a timely manner. I received all my bond back and even the Property Manager (Deb Cox) bought me a coffee on final inspection. I would recommend anyone that needs a rental and is afraid of being treated like a second class citizen to please be rest assured that these guys not only care about their owners but the tenants also. Very rare. Thank you to Deb and Margot for the best eighteen months of living in one of your properties I’ve ever had. Still miss you guys!!!!

Beware!!! people whoever are going through this real estate. They deducted money from our bond even after we got them vaccate cleaning from cleaners.
We spent $400 on cleaners and after this they deducted more.
Even after keeping the house in an immaculate condition through out. This is what they do. when they hand over this house to us initially. The house was not even cleaned properly. It was locked up for a while and there were spider webs bugs and leaves everywhere in corners of garrage. The drainge was blocked.
I wish they went in details that time. And now they like to deducted more money

If you ever see a term in your lease that reads something along the lines of, 'clean everything in and out' 'carpets, blinds AND tiles' please don't agree to it. Its uncommon and we didn't find out professional tile cleaning can cost almost as much as the bond or more(our bond was 1280). We came in to the house with broken sprinkler systems too and may have tried to move the liability to us.
Overall at the start they leave you alone however later on they appear to be aggressive and emotional. In my view, I find their behaviour to be quite bizarre.

DO NOT USE CONSOLIDATED PROPERTY to manage your property. They were terrible for us as well as our tenant. They don’t inspect properly and don’t report things that need repair. They don’t follow instructions and deny receiving email or phone correspondence. Our rental was returned to us with a lot of damage that they dismissed until we fought hard. They simply don’t do their job but collect extraordinary high fees. I have absolutely nothing good to say about them.
