Incompetent in property management. Inability to manoeuvre the legal system when realty was asked to advise tenants they needed to vacate the property. Realty refused to represent home owners in court - even though that was part of managing the property. It turned out to be a costly mistake hiring Successful Leaders Realty. Would highly recommend using this company if you are looking for someone to NOT "represent and look after your property".

We had Kim as our property manager in the past, simply because we bought our property from her listing, and she seemed to had a good relationship with the tenants.
She comes back to us quickly whenever we have a query. But that's where I think the service ends.
I don't think she does a lot of "managing" on the property at all, except for receiving rents and paying it forward to us. For the fees that she charged, I think she could have done more. There is not much care given to our property.
I would not recommend Kim for property management service for anyone considering.
