Dr Annabel Shepherd and Dr Sebastian Olasek have been operating Veterinary Clinics on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years. Dedicated to providing advanced care, Chancellor Park Vet Surgery is a Fear Free clinic. An innovative concept in veterinary health care, the Fear Free method significantly reduces the stress your pet experiences during their visit.
We want to empower you to overcome the problems you're having and build a happier relationship with your pet! At Chancellor Park Vet Surgery we offer Veterinary Behavioural Consultations with Dr Annabel Shepherd. These one hour consultations, will help you identify and solve problem behaviours in your pet and can also prevent future problems from arising.
Consultations are an opportunity to discuss any health issues, behavioural problems or preventative health care strategies relevant to your pet. Standard consultation is between 15 to 30 minutes in length and an extended consultation is between 30 to 50 minutes. Are you experiencing behaviour problems with your cat or dog?
Dental disease is the most common disease in the dog and cat. This could very well be due to the fact that not many pet owners are aware of the need that their pets have for ongoing oral care. Gingivitis is the earliest stage of periodontal disease, by which the situation is reversible. It symptoms include redness and swelling of the gums, as well as a tendency for the gums to bleed easily.

This vet clinic assisted Lulu in passing over the rainbow, even though they never met us before, with utter care and compassion... it meant the world to me in my grief - and when I received sympathy card afterwards, I totally did not expect it
I highly recommend the team there, so much love and care is the most needed... THANK YOU from my Heart forever

The staff are nice, but I wouldn't go there again because they don't tell you the full price. I called in advance for a quote and was told $150-$200. When I was there, I was charged $284 because apparently they didn't include the 3min consult, which was $100 on top. The same thing happened a few weeks ago with my parents quote.

We had to use this vet as our local vet were full. Our experience exceeded our expectations. We will be using all the time from here on. Not only did they save our pets life, they did so in a professional manner. We could not fault them. Being close to after hours is also an added bonus. Our dear Florence has been in hospital for 11 days now and thanks to the guys here and AES she is still alive from tick paralysis. They did everything to assist.

Nathan our 16 year old cat underwent one treatment of Electrochemotherapy ((ECT) is a local treatment for cancer using a combination of chemotherapy and electric pulse therapy).
Nathan had Squamous Cell… Carcinoma on his face.
Dr Sebastian and Dr Craig have taken great care of Nathan during the process and after a few weeks of recovery Nathan is looking and feeling much better!
I would highly recommend discussing this with Dr Sebastian or Dr Craig as a option for your pet if it is an appropriate treatment. We are very happy with the results.

Our alaskan malamute pup Nova was born here so it was only fitting that we continued to bring her here for her shots and check ups. Each visit has been nothing short of amazing and our pup loves coming in and… being spoilt with treats and cuddles from all the staff.
Can't say the same about some of the other vets we have been to in the area. Honestly would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and looking forward to our next visit even if it is just for a weigh in and to say hello 🐾

Craig and the entire team are absolutely amazing!
I bought my dog Otis in quite sick at very short notice. They performed surgery (3.5 hours), let me wait and cry in the waiting room.
Alice & Renee gave me updates and let me know Otis was ok. Everyone in there cares so much for all the animals and worked so hard to make sure Otis got better.
The BEST vet I have ever been to.
I canโt thank you all enough!

These people are incredibly compassionate and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbabies.
I recently had to let my beautiful Bandit go to sleep and they were so wonderful, Craig was exceptionally caring and patient and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye.
The whole staff were lovely with me, they cared for Bandit over the last 7 years as he was always a sick little dog. They arranged for Pet Cremations to pick my beautiful boy up and I received a lovely bunch of flowers the following day.
They will continue to look after my two other dogs and I would highly recommend the whole team
