The rug experts NOT QUITE... Very disappointed with the lack of care.. I've had my rug cleaned by the rug experts to my horrra once Ali un rolled the rug, discoloration and dry to say the least..
This rug was not cheap and not that old ether,
Will not recommend to family or friends.

Thank you for your reply, although I was not offered the refund as you claim. Nor was there any acknowledge on your behalf that the rug was damaged. You claimed it was cleaned... soo why would I send it out to someone else!??
Sorry but the rug is discolored, my photos speak for themselves...
