Pool Equipment Installation Report

Radiant Pools has many years' experience in pool equipment installation and have a proven track record of customer service excellence. We use only major brand names available in Australia when installing new pool equipment. Our pool equipment installation is only carried out by reliable experienced technicians who will also provide after installation service.

Green Pool Recovery Report

When water in your pool turns from a light shade of blue to a sickly green there is only one reason for it, algae. If it is only light, the algae has probably just started to develop and take hold, but a deeper green means a bigger problem. The reason the pool water is getting green is that algae has developed and pool sanitisers are low or not working properly.

Pool Inspections Report

Our technicians carry out a comprehensive inspection that takes normally one to two hours and at the end of the inspection we will explain in detail what we have found. We test pool water for correct readings to make sure that the PH is correct and check for algae development.

We recommend what chemicals are required to achieve a desired reading as it is of upmost importance the chemicals in the pool water are maintained at the desired level to stop the pool from getting green especially in the winter when it's not in use.We will also check the filter and pump functionality to make sure that everything works correctly.

I’m using a Radiant Pool installer and need help from corporate. I requested help back in May too. My project has been improperly installed in multiple ways. Out of level and leaks. Was told pool has to be removed! Radiant installer won’t return calls. Please help us.

I ordered coping from them and they sent the wrong coping to me when I called and told them the coping was wrong and I needed the correct coping they told me they don't sell the coping I needed anymore after the fact I told them I needed the 13lines. Then I had to pay to send it back and they did not refund my money for the shipping of it.
