I visited the place a few months ago for a small filling which cost me $200. The filling came out this week so I went back and they charged me another $200 including "consultation fee". They took an x-ray saying it was bulk-billed but it was part of the "consultation fee". Also, the quote they give you is not accurate because once you go to your appointment, you realise all the hidden charges. There are plenty of dental clinics around, please avoid this one.

I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. I finally found Supreme Dental, which funnily enough is really close to home. My first visit was a scale and clean, which was done by Dr Jeff Lim. OMG.... I have never felt so at ease going to a dentist!!!!! All the staff are so lovely and very caring. I have been going there now for a few years, my 13 year old son goes there too. I wish I could give more stars on their professional caring services 😁

I had a referral for 3D Cone Beam imaging at Crystal Dental Imaging which is listed at the same address. They are supposed to close at 1pm and I got there at 12:40pm. I was turned away as the imaging person had already left. How unprofessional! I can only get to this place on Saturday's. Why even advertise that you close at 1pm when that's not true. Your staff go home when they feel like. How about when I get the imaging done I will pay you if I feel like? Thanks for wasting an hour of my time. I had to click 1 star otherwise I couldn't post this.

Me and my two kids visits the dentist every six months. We are very comfortable with Dr Jeff and nurse Pei on all our visits so far. My kids have had ‘bad’ dentist treating them before going to Cranbourne dentist and now they both are very happy. With the professional and efficient dental work done and good work ethics of Dr Jeff, we feel safe to leave our teeth to his care.
The Clinic is clean and well maintain,which is very important also.
All the employees are very friendly and is doing a great job.
