Dr Con has now treated both my daughters with braces. They both had significant issues with their teeth initially but thanks to the highly capable and great care, they both have amazing teeth now! Took my daughter in, she needed a tooth removed but was scarred to get it done. Unfortunately we couldn't convince her. Con was inpatient and said to her he didn't have time. Then when we were leaving the room I heard him say "what a waste of time that was". Terrible customer service - unbelievable. When I called up to book the appointment I advise the receptionist that I needed a dentist that was good with kids. Was extremely disappointed with the service Con provided - the receptionist was lovely though.

Incredibly relaxing experience every time I visit this establishment. Sam makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the room, the reception staff and the dental nurses are all incredibly welcoming and as a team they make something like visiting the dentist actually seem fun.
