We are a digital solutions & experience design company, fusing vision, design and technology to enhance and grow business. Over 19 years and 5000 projects, we've devised digital strategies, solved complex integration problems, created cloud eLearning platforms and redesigned customer experiences. We've built apps, custom software, websites, online applications and intelligent content delivery solutions.
In late 2000, I took a look at my life and realised the work I was doing just wasn't making me happy. It was creative and I was involved daily in creative design projects but I'd had my share of working long hours for projects I didn't believe in, with clients that weren't really interested in my advice.
We have attracted some of the most talented and experienced people you will find in the digital arena. Our senior staff have extensive experience working with brands as well as strategising, designing and developing solutions for a broad range of clients. After 20 years of this very successful business Mettro, I still think of myself as a budding entrepeneur. I still sometimes struggle with the pitfalls of being a woman in a male-dominated role and finding that sweet spot between a busy successful business and raising two beautiful boys is a continuous lesson in balance.
