Punjabi Junction - The cuisine of Punjab has an enormous variety of mouth-watering vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes. The spice content ranges from minimal to pleasant to high. Punjabi food is usually relished by people of all communities. The philosophy of life for most of the Punjabis is to eat, drink and make merry.
They are real lively people who are extremely fond of eating good food. In the preparation of Punjabi food, onion, ginger and garlic are used extensively to enhance the taste of the food. OUTSTANDING food and flavors from my takeaway! Just wanted to do a big shout out to the staff here for being open so late and serving such wonderful food!

Looks to me like they serve leftover food from previous customers to other customers who come to their restaurant. Look at the photos of the naan we had in our takeaway meal. This is an image of 5 garlic naan. We threw this away and my recommendation to others would be to double check your order if you dine in this restaurant.

Great food, service and staff in a cosy 'dining room' setting. We ordered entrees, mains and sides from the menu and found it good value for money. The portion sizes were generous, meats were tender and dishes were flavoursome. Ignore the bad reviews - some of those people seem to have rated everywhere they've been poorly. Though, the venue could make a better impression by upgrading their front counter set-up and hiding the food in the front fridge.

The mutton biryani was the worst ...it has so much of jeera in it .it was more of jeera rice rather than biryani.. the naan was also very average.was like it was burnt... Would not recommend any bread variety or briyani ..over all very very below average food !
Only thing good about the place was the quick service .

Delivery took long due to distance however food quality didn't make me disappointed and staff were friendly when I checked on my order. Was worth to wait. Had delicious food in Canberra before going back home in Melbourne. Would love to order again or visit the restaurant when I come back. Thank you.
