We at X Fitness Solutions are committed to providing personalised and complete health, fitness and wellness programs. We believe the role of a personal trainer goes far beyond teaching people how to exercise and eat. A trainer will not only be an educator, but will also become a motivator, a personal coach and a friend to his or her clients.
Paul's program included a specific weight training regime. Working on his weaker bodyparts as well as incorporating dynamic functional exercise with some core stability work. We are now working towards more sports specific training with boxing and kickboxing to ensure that physical gains are converted to better sporting performance.
Before being introduced to Robbie's training methodology, I had been training intensely for three years with little to no gains to my physique and strength. His knowledge & mentoring enabled me to learn proper form whilst in the gym and take a handle on my nutrition. I started to understand the importance of a balanced diet to accompany my training.
We are a group of Fitness Professionals who's core business is in Personal Training and Coaching within the Health, Fitness and Wellness industry. I have an intense passion for helping people develop and grow not just in the fitness industry but in life. To use the principles that I have learned to enhance and make a difference to my clients.
