I am 70 years of age ad have been going to Cross Fit Milperra on and off for 2 years. I have never really been a gym man but due to their tailored program and professional practitioners I have achieved what it was I hoped to achieve thus far.
I am stronger and fitter both physically and mentally than I was 20 odd years ago. I have reached my weight goal and my body has firmed remarkably. Found this performance shop on Google because I needed an alignment for my all wheel drive SUV which I just recently fitted with 22” wheels. Called and spoke with Chad to get an estimate for the work. Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a really competitive price for an up to date advance technology with their Laser Alignment. As busy as they were , Chad was nice enough to fit me in and I was acknowledged and greeted in a welcoming manner which was much appreciated.
Also got the opportunity to meet the rest of the nice team members Allan and James. They got my vehicle in fairly quickly

Came in a few months ago to get hks bov installed. Soon after my car started to mess up. After going back to dealers, it was found that the couplers for the bov weren’t installed properly. I’m disappointed because I checked the ig account to see they installed the bov for many other q50/q60 and yet didn’t do the correct job.

The workers seem like cool people but was disappointment with the service. Dropped off car for a whole day to get motor mounts installed and they sold me on getting upper downpipes installed. When i went back they hadn't done motor mounts said come back tomorrow and were trying to keep my cats. Dropped off next day again whole day for them to say they couldn't do original job i went for. I got the feeling they just wanted my catalytic converters. 3k i had spent there and would've spent much more of it wasn't for this experience.

I went to this shop so I could order a blow off value for my car. Got told it would taken2 days for them to receive the part and then I could bring my car back in for the work on the car. Well 2 days go by and I call and ask and I get told there’s a delay but can’t give a time frame. My thought was like ummm ok I just saw on their Instagram they had gotten a big shipment in. And they were working on several other cars. Well then I called next day. No answer. Didn’t hear anything from them for like a week. Messaged them on Instagram finally. Still said it was delayed. Needless to say they

Coaches there are great very supportive. Never have I felt so fit. I look forward to all the workouts,the variety of skills I learn keeps me wanting to come back every day. I’ve been off for the last couple of weeks due to a motorcycle accident and have been missing the workouts and can’t wait to get back.

James and his team installed a set of Unplugged Performance lowering springs on my Tesla Model 3 Performance. I was able to get an appointment easily. They are a great group of guys that did the work quickly and cleanly. They answered all my questions I had and also did a test drive after the install to make sure everything was buttoned up okay. I'm loving the lower ride. Thank you 365!
