With more and more cars now fitted with ABS and ESP systems, Diagnostic and repair are ongoing. Many of the faults can be over come by testing. So talk to us about your problem as replacement units are very expensive. Our Proportioning Valves are completely stripped and resleeved, all alloy corroded pistons are replaced and new ones are machined, in our engineering section.

Our Callipers are zinc plated and pre-tested to 2000 psi before leaving our workshop. Broken bleeder and bolts can be repaired. Calliper piston can be reseleeved in stainless and hand brake bores also can be done in which will extend the life of the calipers. All units are pretested before they leave our workshop, and come with our comprehensive 2 year 40,000Km warranties.

BHSS have the expertise and experience to remanufacture most commercial and industrial master cylinders and valves. All work is carried out in house and we have total control over the remanufacturing process enabling us to effect a repair that will last beyond your expectations. We can rebuild both mineral oil and brake fluid systems and import the components from original equipment manufacturers.

Huge savings can be made with our hoses rather than spend your hard earned money on inflated genuine prices. We can make custom hoses to suit your application. A full range of speciality Hoses are also available, including Extended Hoses for 44 with lift kit, Stainless steel braided hoses and Armoured Hoses for industrial applications.
