Julia helped me out with my upper back issues, using numerous different techniques including massage, acupuncture and strengthening exercises. Her thorough approach found success where other physios had failed, highly recommended!

Amazing physiotherapist, Julia rapidly fixes my back pain and gives me exercises to prevent reoccurance. Her pilates class is very relaxing but can be a real work out if you want it to be.
