Nathan and Phoebe Berry are the founders of the real estate agency Berry Eagle (BEagle) Property. BEagle Property was established by faith in Christ Jesus and as a tribute to Phoebe's mum who was so passionate about real estate and carrying on the legacy she left behind "to be blessed so we can be a blessing for others".

As we are a boutique agency we have time to focus our attention on the details and provide a personal service to both landlords and tenants. Generally we will come to your location / property for a sales listing or property management services discussion appointment. We are a mobile agency based in Carindale. If you would like to meet us and it is not possible meet at the property, we can make an arrangement to meet you at another location.

From the first moment they walked into my house to value it i knew they were the company i wanted to sell my home. Very professional but also very friendly they explained the process from start to finish on how my house would be marketed and how i could maximise getting the best price for it.
Once up for sale they communicated brilliantly and gave feedback from all the viewings i had.
They then dealt with the negotiations on agreed value between myself and the buying client very speedily and always in a very professional manner.

Beagle property - an old school heavily customer focused agent. We had Richard round to value our house, sadly we were ever so slightly conned into signing with another main stream agent filled with empty promises and pushy sales patter. This unnamed high street estate agent did nothing to sell our house and it was always a massive regret never putting our property on with beagle. The Collins brothers are very good at what they do. They don’t need pushy sales techniques, they simply offer quality properties with a quality service to match. People buy from people &Richard and Shaun put you immediately
