John and Angelo have literally gone out of their way to make our move to our new home as stress free as possible, including meeting up with us out of hours, ironing out problems, replying to texts/emails/calls. They've always been cheerful and happy to help out. I've dealt with a few real estate agents in recent times who I believe haven't provided the best service. John and Angelo are very professional, yet very personable and easy to deal with.

We dealt with John as tennants in a rental and cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and personalised communication. He was easy to contact and had a very friendly manner. We received answers to our requests and questions in a very timely manner. It was certainly a great experience in dealing with real estate agents which can sometimes be frustrating in rentals. The Karalis Team sold us our investment property in November 2019. We were so impressed with the whole team, we kept them on to manage the letting of our property.
