Jonathan's qualifications and experience provide him with an exceptional knowledge of physical function and rehabilitation. Jonathan (or Jono if you prefer) is well known for his use of the Sarah Key Method when treating spinal conditions. Jono is a 'head to toe' practitioner and enjoys the myriad of treatments he provides daily.

Having participated in sport at state and national levels, Jono's personal experiences led to a desire to study the human body, how it functions, how it responds to different training and treatment stimuli and, most importantly, how it recuperates.
Services
We aim to enhance and restore your functional health and mobility following injury or illness through the provision of safe, effective 'hands on' treatment using best-practice physiotherapy techniques. In addition they are experts in movement analysis and exercise prescription.

A Physiotherapist has completed at least four years of university studies and has a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, bio-mechanics, physiology, crisis management, assessment and treatment of joint and muscle conditions.An APA Titled (Sports and/or Musculoskeletal) Physiotherapist has undertaken further studies specifically in the management of injury.
Every client will receive an SMS reminder with the date and time of their consultation 24 hours beforehand. Full fee will be charged for non-attendance without four hours notice. Appointments at this clinic are in high demand, therefore late cancellations impact both the physiotherapists and other clients who have been placed on a waiting list.
Jonathan Harris is trained in the Sarah Key Method and offers you a wide range of patient services. World leading authority on back pain, Sarah Key, provides information and self-help for a bad back, without surgery. Sarah Key hypothesizes that the breakdown of a lumbar motion and subsequent pain occurs in sequence and runs through 5 stages.
Clinical pilates focuses on strength, stability, mobility, muscle control, posture and balance. An initial assessment will be conducted with Rachel prior to commencing a one-on-one or group clinical pilates class. This is to ensure there are no underlying issues that need to be treated prior and so Rachel can tailor the class to your specific needs.

Jonathan and team fantastic. Have been coming here for years after getting over my initial hesitation about seeing a physio resulting from near usless sessions with a chiropractor. However Jonathan and Carolyn and Megan very friendly and professional and have helped me with my numerous issues (left outer leg, right hip, lower back, right inner thigh) incurred from overtraining. Different stretches given have been very very helpful and have made a real difference. So would highly recommend if you need a physio.

When I had a v bad set of shin splints training for a marathon Jono set out a recovery plan that (1) solved the problem and (2) taught me what to do to avoid getting this again. Invaluable - and I’m still running. Thanks for terrific service and advice.

I can’t say enough. I did something to my back last weekend and was in a significant amount of pain. My GP gave me some anti inflammatories and pains meds, and referred me to Jono.
Jono worked on the muscles around the area and I felt immediately better, but later in the day it got worse. He had explained to me that that was possible as the muscles were protecting the disc. If the disc wasn’t ready, it could cause more pain. I called Jono to book in again. He said he’d write a letter to my GP to ask them to prescribe a steroid and he booked me in for more physio later in the day. He had

I had horrible sharp pains in my lower back that would make me fear coughing or sneezing.
After a few sessions with Jono, I was back to my normal self again!
Jono and all the staff at the clinic are fantastic. I would highly recommend Jono for those looking for a professional and genuinely nice physiotherapist.

Jonathon or Johnno is absolutely brilliant. He gets you moving again, is easy to chat with and really knows his profession. Takes a good history and keeps notes, always runs on time, which is totally respectful to his patients.
As they say... "he has good hands" He has worked with the Australian Olympic team in the past. I can highly recommend him.

I've been going to this physio for almost a year. They're very polite, friendly and they give you reminder calls for your appointment, a day in advance. -which I am thankful for as I haven't got the best memory. they ask you a lot of questions while they're doing their work in case you're not comfortable and they don't mind a little general chit chat which is great.
Thanks to Anne and Carolyn and reception staff for all their hard work and patience.
P.S sorry for falling asleep during sessions.
