Our nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves) is connected to and controls all the systems in the human body. Because our nervous system is so important to our health, the spine and its 24 movable vertebrae protect it. Physical, chemical and emotional stress can cause vertebrae to move out of alignment with each other, which puts pressure on the nearby spinal nerves.
Remedial Massage uses specialized techniques to locate and repair strained muscles and to support and accelerate the body's Innate ability to heal. The massage is applied directly to the skin using oils. This ensures that the muscles and joints associated with a disorder can be specifically targeted.
Designed using a qualified understanding of the human anatomy, it has taken over 3 years of research & development and the trialling of 7 prototypes in conjunction with practitioners and athletes to achieve the standard we expect. The result is a final patented design that has physicians and trainers incorporating ablespine in their daily treatment and fitness regime, with patients requesting an ablespine of their own.

Went to see Jake (remedial masseuse) after a referral from a friend. I’ve had issues with my shoulder and achilles for a long time, and have seen multiple physio’s, a sports doctor and also had a couple of cortisone injections, without fully resolving the problem. After one session with Jake my mobility improved and my shoulder felt heaps better. Wouldn’t go to a remedial masseuse ordinarily however would 10/10 recommend Jake.

I have to be honest .. i had so much hope , but after a month of no changes , still in lots of pain ..I gave up. I found a new chiropractor and she helped me so much.
Theo is good person, but every appointment was the same.. exactly the same treatment with no changes. 5 minutes appointment running between other patients.

I have a back pain and neck problem for a couple of years, feel pressure on my eyes and head, I have been seeing many doctors or chiropractors, not fixed. Theo is so good and different only two clicks fix 90% of my problem, this is magic, he is very gentle too. highly recommend to anyone need a chiropractor.

Theo is the most thorough Chiropractor I have seen. His approach on the first visit is very thorough and informative. My neck issues have never come back since starting care and I didn't realize they were related to a heap of other issues I had. They also have a great remedial therapist who is awesome! I'm in great hands!

He never starts out with a plan to exit you and over services you. My friend has been going for a number of years approximately every 4 weeks.
He has never once referred her outside of his practice, despite needing to and being medically required to do so..
She has now seen a physio who has helped her back problem and no longer needs to go back.
Ask Theo what percentage of referrals he has done outside his own practice and what percentage of patients he fixes permanently without the need to come back.
