Langtree Consulting was involved since the concept phase of this project and was responsible for the preparation of the concept scope of works, design, drawings, an engineering report and an engineer's estimate for the cost for the construction.
CTRC used this documentation to apply for a grant from the State Government which was subsequently successful and Langtree Consulting continued Project Management including the detailed site survey, geotechnical site investigation, detailed design, preparation of the tender documentation and subsequent contract documentation.

Langtree Consulting was commissioned by Gromac Quarries, to design and document the intersection upgrade in accordance with The Department of Transport and Main Roads requirements and to obtain the required Section 62 Approval and Section 33 Approvals. Our works included. A site inspection and confirmation of the exact location for the proposed intersection and assisted with the detailed survey of the proposed intersection area;.
