As a local Property Manager, it's critical to have tradespeople that are not only good at what they do, but also great communicators. I have seen hundreds of his 'Before & Afters' in person & his ability to clean carpets cannot be faulted. The customer service provided by Rowan is next level and he regularly updates his Voicemail to tell you where he is & when he will actually get back to you. 10/10.
