Magic Wand Restoration & Cleaning is a family owned business established in 1997 who treat your home as if it were our own. We are a professional cleaning business and loss recovery specialists. What is loss recovery? Loss recovery refers to any premise that has been affected by events caused by, for example, water, fire or mould and to assist in bringing them back to a pre-damage condition.

I will be surprised if this review remains up, I would not recommend this business base purely on dealing with whom I can only assume is the owner. The job was sent to them from an insurance company they where required to call with in 2 days, they did not do this, I had to chase them up only to be told abruptly and quiet rudely that they would not… drive 15 minutes to even look at the job on the amount insurer is paying and want more money apparently it's what happens, they tell the insurer its not enough (without even sighting the job) and they get more, this tactics must have been successful

I hired Magic Wand to complete an end of lease/carpet clean in January 2021, I had an issue with this service as they had not met realestate requirements. The owner of the company ignored my phone calls and emails regarding this issue, only answering when I called from a different number. The owner spoke rudely to me, at first refusing to fix the… issue. When the issue had finally been resolved, I emailed Magic Wand regarding an invoice and payment method. I received no response, and never received an invoice. Six months later, I received an email from the realestate I had previously been
