After reading all the good reviews, I was expecting to find the good dentist for the family, but was disappointed to find they have "hidden service charge" to my insurance card. They quoted one price, but when they charge, they charged more to my insurance, and when I questioned why, the reception explained this is their normal fee to every customer, They don't tell customers in advance, even I asked twice before the appointment and before the procedure. They finally refunded the overcharge, but sad to find very well highly educated, high income dentist doing this to every customer. :-(

Been a client at this dental practice for approximately 3 years and have found them to be the best dentist practice I have ever attended. The dentists are extremely professional and caring and deliver a great service. I have had a number of tooth issues including having a dental implant and a crown done and have been extremely happy with the service rendered. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need a great dental practice :-)

Truth: I haven't even been to this place yet. However,on 30th May, I called about 10 dental practices looking for a place to do a root canal. i'm an international student and my insurance doesn't cover it. The lady that picked up was the most pleasant person i spoke to of all 10 places around this suburb. She spent about 10 -15 mins on the phone helping me figure out how to reduce the impact on my pocket.
I can only imagine what kind of service i'll get when i go there to do it.

The practicing dentist, Dr Helen Lee was very efficient and kind, but at the same time thorough. They made me feel comfortable during my procedure. I noticed that all the equipment and rooms are sparkling clean and hygienic.
During the procedures their hygiene was also impeccable.
I have been here a few times and I can say they are very reliable. Highly recommended dental practice.

Dr David was so kind and caring towards my 3 yo boy. It was initially hard to get him to cooperate but after 40 mins we eventually got there because Dr David took the time to assure him and earn his trust. We didnt feel rushed at all and at no point were my little boy forced to do anything he didnt want as Dr David did not want him to have a terrible experience and be traumatised. Other staff there are also very friendly and accomodating.

"First time here for and had a great experience. The front staff was very friendly and so were the dentist and assistant who looked after me. I was in and out under 40 minutes for a check up, clean and x-rays and paid nothing as it was fully covered with BUPA. A rare find with genuine service and honest treatment."
