Since then, P+I has undertaken a wide portfolio of projects, working as advisor, development manager, deal principal. A small team with big credentials, we enjoy the stimulation of an innovative, solutions-driven working ethos. Our independence allows us to commit fully to the collaborative approach we bring to every project.
Projects require various levels of engagement from us. This ranges from comprehensive feasibility study, including financial modelling, to arranging a unique financing solution, to total development or project management. With over 30 years' of hands-on project experience, P+I specialises in finding the right solution for each project.
From the first meeting, P+I works closely with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs and nature of the project. Our thorough and pragmatic research will then determine and inform our advice, as to whether a project is feasible and commercially viable. Once determination of feasibility and funding structures is established, we can move the project forward.
P+I can undertake and manage all of the day-to-day tasks in project development or delivery, leaving clients free to focus on their core business. Selection of the preferred consultants, construction contractor and operator/maintenance providers;. Negotiation of terms: commercial, financial and contractual, and conditions with financiers and other project delivery partners;.
LIVING CITY is a transformative urban renewal project at Devonport, Tasmania, sponsored by Devonport City Council. Local businesses are responding to this positive change, with new businesses, restaurants and a distillery opening. Stage 1 was delivered as a $71m package, intended to stimulate activity, investment and jobs in the local economy.
