James Tulloch, the owner of JTB Building, started building in 1995 developing house and land packages. He soon moved into the renovations market acquiring detailed technical experience in this field. James has a Diploma in building, coupled with a carpentry trade certificate and hands on experience throughout all aspects of renovations, extensions, structural alternations, decks and pergolas.
We selected James Tulloch for our renovations in Pymble, which were extensive taking 13 months. We lived in the premises during the renovation. The build was for the construction of an upper story, ground level refurbishment and large suspended terrace, and lower ground extension, all in Georgian Revival style and period detail.
