We use an effective combination of body weight and cardio training to give you a full-on full body workout. Our sessions are supportive, friendly and fun: you'll work hard and sweat hard, but the pay-off will be a strong, fit and tight body. Our group training sessions will leave you feeling energised and ready to take on anything life throws your way.
The focus of our sessions is on giving you a great full body workout in a fun, social setting. Our training sessions are outdoors and we do (occasionally) yell and scream, but that's where the similarities end. We don't have a military background or theme; we don't dress up in army fatigues, make you call us 'Sarge' or anything embarrassing like that.

Services
All Urban Jungle clients undertake a health & fitness screening before beginning their training program. This highlights your exercise and health history and helps us to assess your current fitness level. When you register your interest we send you our health screening questionnaire.
Simply bring your completed questionnaire to your first session and arrive 15 minutes early so that we can review your information and test your blood pressure before you train.In some instances, a health & fitness screening can highlight underlying health concerns. We firmly believe in early intervention, so, if any health concerns arise, we will refer you to your GP for clearance prior to training.

Heath is a qualified and Fitness Australia registered Personal Trainer and Older Adults Trainer who specialises in training for fat loss and muscular endurance. Heath creates dynamic and functional fitness and training programs and works to inspire and motivate his clients to help them achieve their goals.
Heath has a wealth of knowledge and is very focused on helping you to achieve your goals! He plans the best sessions for maximum results in the 45 mins that you spend training. I found the lunchtime training fit right into my busy lifestyle and the group atmosphere made working out enjoyable and was extra motivating.
Expect to sweat, grunt and laugh your way through every session! We motivate and encourage you to give every session your best effort. As you get fitter, we progress your training so that you're always challenged and never bored. Above all, you'll have a good time: with our smaller group numbers, your teammates will become new friends as you all laugh, sweat and cry your way through training.
