Dr Alice Im graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in The Bachelor of Dentistry (Honours) and The Bachelor of Advanced Science. Dr Alice spent many years working and living in regional South Coast where she enjoyed working closely with her local community in providing a vast range of dental care for all age groups.

That was the worst experience we had ever!!
We went there for teeth cleaning and we told them that we have private insurance and confirmed that it is covered but after we had the service and the receptionist asked my husband to sign, then she told us that we are not fully covered and it is not her fault and we should pay and resolve the problem with our insurance
Although after contacting the insurance we found that it’s their (dental clinic) fault as they entered the teeth cleaning as 2 items that are nearly the same that’s why this problem happened

I highly recommend this dental clinic, especially Dr Yunyang Wu. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The clinic is nice and clean. They also don't try and scam you into additional work you don't need. I've been going here for a few years now. Parking is available in the West Ryde Marketplace (2 hours free).

We booked a double appointment for my husband and 5 yo son 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment, we were told we never made a booking. Instead of taking ownership of the human error and apologising for the error, we were blamed for not booking the appointment properly. We were told the initial email we sent was a request for appointment, the follow up phone conversation we had was just an enquiry and that we needed to call back again to confirm the appointment.
If you do decide to go to this practice, I recommend calling again before the appointment just to confirm it's been booked

Had my wisdom tooth removed here. It was a walk-in and I was in pain, but the staff were super friendly and helpful, took a scan, saw the horizontal tooth and offered to take it out on the spot, which I was happy to do. Only setback was, they told me my face wouldn't swell because impact was on the tooth not the gums, but it did. Massively for at least 3 days. Still, the doctor did a great job removing and stitching it up, more than happy with the service.
