Based in Cooroy, the hinterland of Noosa, Maple Street Vet is a full-service veterinary clinic offering leading techniques in the care of animals of all shapes and sizes. We primarily treat cats, dogs and small animals like rats, mice, hamsters, and Guinea pigs, but we also offer treatment to our human owners as often the human consciousness is impacting the health of the animals.

Services
Founded in 2012, Maple Street Vet is owned by husband and wife duo, Garry and Cathy. Garry, a veterinary surgeon and licensed acupuncturist, is the only surgeon in the world who uses audio music and energy medicine to diagnose animals. He has created this treatment himself based on the physics of the Universe, helping pets throughout the Sunshine Coast and Gympie in combination with Western medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine.
At our clinic in Cooroy, we have a dedicated surgical theatre, an in-house laboratory and a dental suite-meaning we are able to offer a complete range of veterinary services on the Sunshine Coast. In particular, our in-house laboratory has been designed to help us diagnose different ailments and formulate holistic therapies.
Like other veterinary clinics, we offer clinical assessments. However, the main difference is that we use energetic examinations, which monitor the body, mind and soul of your pet. Much like humans, the fight-flight-freeze response is how your pet's body reacts to trauma. As such, we are able to use energetic examinations to assess this response and discover what your pet is reacting to.
Accurate diagnosis in allergies is essential for improving your pet's pain and discomfort. Western medicine and Chinese medicine can only treat symptoms of allergies thus in my pursuit to solve allergies I created a diagnosis system. The fundamental hall mark of allergy treatment remains removal of the allergen from the pet.
At Maple Street Vet, we utilise audio music diagnostic theory. As its name suggests, this practice makes use of music to diagnose and treat animals. We ask owners to choose music which we then implement during the diagnostic process, helping us to understand why animals are experiencing illnesses or disease.

Garry has been a great help with both of our dogs. Our kelpie cross is absolutely besotted with Garry, I've never had any of my pets love going to the vet as much as she does. We are lucky to have found Garry since moving to Cooroy. I love that he treats everything holistically and always tried to go down a path that is not expensive medication first but always has our dogs' best interest at heart. He is clearly very knowledgeable in both western and natural medicine options. Our dogs love the natural raw diet Garry has put together for them and I have no doubt they will be with us longer and healthier

Best vets my animals have ever had since I have had animals. Garry saved a goat that was very sick and in the past when I have called a vet to my goats with the same condition I have lost them. My little dog who is 11yo. is like puppy now he is on Garry's diet and care. Can't recommend highly enough.

Garry Bright is the most amazing veterinarian. He utilizes natural methods as well as clinical methods (when needed) and I find him to be the most caring and understanding of all vets I have been to.
He actually cares about the animals and has a very holistic practice. He has helped our animals immensely.
