Dr Sam Sorensen graduated from Murdoch University, WA in 1985. She has special interests in Dermatology, Radiology, Surgery, Endocrinology, Acupuncture and Ultrasonography. Dr Sam has worked in Australia, China, Singapore and done volunteer work in Africa, Peru, Nepal, Solomon Islands and Cook Islands.
Full surgical suite of qualified surgeons to perform stitch ups, lump removals, sterilisation and major surgeries. At the Yanchep Veterinary Centre our veterinarians have years of experience in medicine and surgery and dentistry. Being located away from the metropolitan area, we have invested in excellent xray, ultrasound and laboratory equipment.
Patricia MacMahon - I would never trust the care of my animals to any other Vet. The care, compassion and support shown to both patient and owner is overwhelming. They are all lovely people and completely dedicated to the health and welfare to all under their care - it is my privilege to have them care for my pets.

Dr Sam and the team at Yanchep Vet Hospital have always been incredibly dedicated and professional. I work with a dog rescue and take several of my difficult, reactive, large dogs to the clinic and we are always made to feel welcome and accommodated for.
Dr Sam and nurse Annette supported us through a difficult end of life last year with my heart dog Harley. He couldn't have been in better hands! Everyone went over and above for us, making sure we knew every detail and were in constant contact throughout.

Genuinely caring and empathetic service with excellent attention to detail.

The ‘best’ Vet’s in town. Your business has so much integrity, professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I am always greeted with a smile and the follow up care after any surgeries is fantastic. You always get to the bottom of the problem and explain everything clearly and calmly.
We have two dogs that you look after and they love coming and seeing you and the girls. Both dogs have come to you since they were puppies.

We have nothing but the highest praise for all of the team at Yanchep Veterinary Hospital, our beloved Spoodle Shiloh was off colour and definitely showing signs of being in pain, Sam and the team quickly discovered a cracked tooth that had developed an infection resulting in an abscess under his left eye, he was quickly and efficiently treated at a reasonable cost. Including followup medication and a phone call a couple of days later to see how he was doing, followup visit revealed all is healing very well, we highly recommend these guys
