Jon is a brilliant plummer, exceptionally honest and totally able to provide great customer service.
We recently had a blocked drain at work and within the hour Jon was here. He looked after us, communicated clearly and in the long run saved us thousands of dollars by discovering it was a council problem. YEAH!!
Then the council said we could claim… the expense back but the claim needed to come through the plummer. So Jon goes above and beyond and submits a claim so we can be reimbursed.
