Room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and found a needle Band-Aid with blood on it on the bed.
Booked two nights but could only stand staying for one.
Very disappointed.

Recently we had a friends 50th, so instead of thinking of taking an Uber from our City residence we decided to stay at the Caboolture Motel, based solely on their reviews.
DID NOT DISSAPOINT 👌🏽
Our room was immaculately kept, comfortable warm bed, wonderful hot shower and a breakfast menu made for (The hangriest female after a night out) delivered at a time of your choice before 8am. Blew me away, brekkie size was massive! So good 🤤
Super close to servo, shops, train station, Caboolture markets. Can absolutely recommend! Hands down, 5 stars! ,✨Loved our stay!

Haven’t stayed in Motel accomodation in Caboolture before but I am very impressed with my current overnight stay. The staff very friendly, walk in booking was easy, great location. Most amazing is the quality of the rooms…been travelling a couple of weeks and by far the nicest one I have come across.(room 4)…lovely and modern with plenty of room, bench space and power points, comfy chairs and bed and all amenities in the kitchenette for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to other travellers and would stay again.

What a wonderful little place! Wendy the proprietor and receptionist is an absolute delight. We had a lovely chat on check-in, she let me know everything about the place that I needed to know, AND she gave me fresh milk for the next morning's coffee!
Can you ask any more? Well you could, but that'd be churlish. Instead, better to enjoy the sparkling clean rooms, comfy beds, cosy carpet and ample parking spaces. Going to Caboolture? Go to the Caboolture Motel. Get, get, get it!

Lovely service, room was comfortable and looked nice. Unfortunately, for the price, it is way too close to the train. Every 10 mins we could hear the train horn and then it go past - all night. Might be okay for someone who wants to be close to the train.

Friendly welcome and a really clean room with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. My only minor grumble was there was only one washing machine and dryer, and the facilities were only available until 8pm, so pretty tight to get our stuff washed and dried.

The room was clean and tidy , it is near the train station so expect to hear train all night .. what I didn't expect was the neibours car driving in and out 5 times and the shower doesn't turn on straight away . You have to turn it on then off then turn the bathroom tap on and off then the shower with work. We stayed in room 1 and found the front desk to be lovely over all. They just need to address the shower problems and it would have been a higher rating.
