The Bowen Technique is a cross fibre muscle release technique that balances and stimulates energy flows, resulting in a deep sense of overall relaxation. There are regular pauses between the series of gentle moves to give the body the required time to allow the body to reset and heal itself. There are various schools of protocols originating from the teachings of Mr Tom Bowen, the founder of the Bowen Technique.
This price is regardless of any of the treatments you receive, and can be a combination of treatments. Healy can be used as a combination with other body works or you are more than welcome to just have the Healing Healy on its own. I have another separate extra-wide space available for people unable to leave their walking aids.

Having experienced issues with reduced flexibility and overall body tiredness, I can’t thank Paula enough for what she has done after just one visit. My body feels great and I already the ability to sit cross legged on the floor comfortably (something I have struggled with my entire life) and can now touch my ankles during a stretch, when previously I could only reach just past my knees. Couldn’t recommend Paula enough and can’t wait for my next appointment :)

This was the most amazing massage I have ever had. I had a long issue with a blocked lymphatic gland, the last 5 years on and off. Paula recommended we give Lymphatic drainage a go. She got me onto a mineral program for nutrients, hooked me up with some frequency therapy and gave me a breathing exercise sequence to do twice daily. I did 3 sessions over the 2 weeks I was in Cairns. The gland went down to normal skin tissue and I have been pain-free for the first time in years!! I feel really educated to make decisions about my diet and nutrition going forward. She also referred me for some acupuncture
