Terrible communication. I did not know this place is selling used Honda parts. I enquired about the 3rd pressure switch for Honda CRV. I told the model and the year and the guy straight away said, yes he has it. $80. Since I heard of people getting mixed up with the 2nd pressure switch etc, I asked him to tell me the part no. such that I know I am buying the right part. He ( with an accent and poor English) asked me to call him in one hour. When I called back, he was arguing why I need the part no and why I do not trust him. He bragged that he has 40 yrs experience and what he is going to give

The service was excellent! Highly recommended and they are very professional especially guy named Steve. I’ve went to many auto shops, and electrical shops to look for my car but they cannot diagnosed what’s really the main problem why my airbag warning light is on.
Only Hondatec was able to fixed it.
It was really amazing he is my superhero just like my superman 👍😁

Called and asked for shock absorber including struts, springs and rubbers. Because the guy can’t understand what I am asking for, he simply got frustrated and said he don’t sell them. This all in one minute time. Very poor customer service.
Add after reply- I said poor service because you simply hang up the phone on me without trying to help me with what I needed. Thats it. This is purely my experience and what I felt from the phone conversation and I don’t care how many years of experience the person I am talking to have if they are of no use for me.

Today we had the pleasure of having Steve help us out with replacing our Honda accord Euro rear door. Steve went above and beyond, he is an extremely knowledgeable and skilful tradesman. Steve was offered extra money for the work he had done and refused to take it which demonstrates a person of honour and integrity. We will definitely be back should we need anything in the future. Keep up the great work!

Don't know how to talk to customers, Rude behaviour, and Charged me 3 times more than the quoted price, but at the end when i used my car, after one week, I started to face the same problems.
Have called constantly asking for a fixed my car, as i have paid you huge amount for fixing it. When I call they always sound like I am interrupting their other work. Have called and asked 3 times and been told 'we'll get back to you' and never did.
Never go to this place, if you want to save your time and money.

Over promise, under delivery work.
When I got back my car, only half of the agreed work was is done. There are even missing bolts on the engine!!!
Car interior was left very dirty everywhere. Someone there must has gone for a drive, with hands full of oil and dirt, finding that the clean upholstery was perfect to wipe up his hands.
This is a perfect mechanic to recommend to someone you loathe.
