Mayfield real estate has been wonderful to us especially Penny and Vicky. Had difficulty finding a home when we moved to Australia as we didn't have any rental history here. I’ve been a tenant for the last year, Tiffany has been amazing. When I ended my lease I had to unfortunately go to a family emergency and was unable to do the final clean, Tiffany completely understood and got me a very reasonable quote and organised everything, while at the same time keeping me in the loop. Sad to be leaving!

They are happy to sign you up to a contract until they have to do any work.
They don't know realestate law or procedure so I had to take my tenant to Vcat and represent myself as it was too much work for them, and that's after we had signed contract and they backed out.
Great service from Connie but the rest of them are lazy real estate hacks.
Go down the road, there's plenty of better agents down Pakington st.
