While the Q name is relatively new to Australia's construction and building industry, our people are among the most experienced around - brought together by a shared desire to innovate and engineer smarter, more efficient and cost-effective solutions to construction challenges. We created Q because we were fed up with the over-engineered and cost-probative design and construction techniques that were common in WA during the mining boom.

We're a unique, multidisciplinary bunch at Q - innovative yet practical, focused but flexible, working seamlessly with each other to save clients time and money. Since embarking on his engineering and construction career over 20 years ago, Damon has gained a wealth of construction management experience across Australia and internationally, overseeing a diverse range of projects spanning infrastructure, marine, industrial and commercial building.
