AOW is GST Exempt which is of great financial benefit to you, the leisure guest or to your company as a corporate guest needing corporate relocation because AOW do not add (and have not included) 10% GST to our accommodation charges and therefore you or your company actually pay 10% less than if you stay with other hoteliers.

We loved it here it just felt like home, the place was very comfortable and the heating was magnificent as it was a very cold few days in Melbourne. The added bonus for us was that this place was not only comfortable and safe it was Pet friendly with an enclosed yard & our dogs loved it.
We also loved how quiet it was & clean, also it had 2 smart TV's for us to Binge watch our shows as we were not really able to go anywhere so they were a saving grace for us also, it was our first stay here and we will most certainly stay again.

Very friendly, welcoming people, who advised that this would be our home away from home, and it was. Nearly 7 weeks due to our own home being out of action, both the apartment and townhouse were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at AoW. And I could get used to a weekly cleaner!

We recently stayed in a 2BR apartment and the facilities far exceeded expectations. Modern, well appointed and unexpectedly spacious apartments. Definitely one of the better 2BR apartments we’ve stayed at in Melbourne. The service provided by Brenda when making a reservation was exceptional. Brenda is very warm, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and none of my questions went unanswered - And she’s also excellent in “crisis management” and alleviated my anxiety due to our unexpected very late arrival to the apartment... I have been staying at these serviced apartments for over 3 years. The rooms are always clean!!! The bathrooms are always clean!!! Glen is always there to greet guests. The rooms are large with wifi and entertainment. .... Foxtel includes the movies. Parking is easy. If you don’t want to go too far for dinner try the pizza shop around the corner.
