Plus, we are featured in the Government's Aged Care Guide each year and we are accredited by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC). Highly recommended.
Considering how often I've visited the place over the last few years, it would be understandable if I'd seen some irregularities in the operation of this facility, but I haven't. Fantastic people, working under pressure, doing a job that would cause most people to fold immediately.
The overall rating has dropped over the last couple of years, but I would 100% put that on unreasonable people with unrealistic expectations, who would be incapable of doing that job for a couple of hours, much less of a career.

My best friends mother lives in Deloraine. What a beautiful facility. Strong management team and wonderful caring staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place to feel safe and at home in especially during these difficult times with Covid. Their infection control procedures are 5 star standards and I’m so glad my friend can relax knowing her mother is under such great care.
