We started the business in Dayboro in 1985 under the name of GD & L Haddon Cabinetmakers Brisbane and at that time most of our work came from around the general districts of Dayboro, Ocean View, Mt. Mee, Samsonvale and Samford. As the business grew we were gradually able to employ several young men from the local district as cabinetmaker apprentices
