We offer small group training tailored to the specific needs of the clients. Our group fitness programs are one of our most prized assets as they enable our clients to transform themselves and their friend groups if they wish to join. She mixes her deep knowledge of the above disciplines into her Yoga Classes which will help you build strength, stability, and flexibility while learning how to be mindful of form and awareness of your body in space.
Good nutrition is extremely important to lead a healthy lifestyle. Your diet can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases and promote your overall health. As an expert culinarian, I guide my Personal Training clients on what to cook, with simple, nutritious recipes that I also use, to keep myself healthy.

I finally joined a gym and I am so pleased it is One Tribe. Simone and the crew are fabulous and there are many options / classes and prices to help you on your journey to fitness, or maintain your health. The gym is an amazing space and equipment brand new. My PT Holli is the best <3, she keeps me focused and engaged. In a short space of time I have noticed a difference in my shape, my energy and strength. Its going to be a great journey :)

My sons enrolled me in a 10 week program.
I have really enjoyed it and continue to attend.
The staff and all people at the gym are very friendly.
The staff are focussed on your fitness, health and well being improvement.

Ive been training with One Tribe Fitness for nearly 3 months now. In that time, starting at 168kg I’ve lost 26kgs!! Simone and his team are amazing!!!
For 8yrs I really let myself go! Lifes ups and down with a few stress and lemons plus excuses to “start tomorrow” I really resorted to food with my emotions. When I started with Simone and Milan i could barely bench the bar, do 3 push ups or hold a 5 second plank. Fast forward 3 months my PB’s in all 3 is 90kg bench 10PU and 1 minute plank hold. I have a better relationship with food and so much more energy in life. Im a better and more

Simone and all the trainers at One Tribe are amazing. When I began training at the beginning of July, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without struggling to catch my breath, let alone do a pushup. Two and half months later I feel better than I have in years. Not only has my physical health improved dramatically, training with Simone has helped my mental health as well. I would recommend One Tribe to anyone who is afraid of starting their fitness journey because the whole team is incredibly supportive and kind. It's a fantastic gym, run by some great people.

I love one tribe fitness!
Everyone is very welcoming and professional, I was very nervous when I went for my first PT session, Milan was understanding and helped me overcome this.
Milan has pushed me to do better and I am feeling healthier and more confident at the gym. I never go home feeling like I could have done more, I am pushed to my limits each session.
I have been attending one tribe fitness 3 times a week for 6 weeks and I am loving it! I’m excited to see more improvements within myself!

If your want a gym with little to no communication , being ignored when you have issues and an owner happy to take you money but never give you what is promised in return then this is the gym for you....... but no longer get for me
I was a member of this gym for 4 years, it changed ownership in approx May 2021. At this time the gym then moved to a new location but the new owner neglected to share the address with the existing members and their trainers. I had to email the owner after the move to find out where to go.
On arrival only a small room was usable and we were expected to take our shoes

Simone has been our personal trainer for a year now. Whist he is very serious about his work, in his attention detail and making sure we do the exercises correctly, we always have fun and leave his gym feeling good. We are in our mid 60's and are seeing good results in our fitness and stamina levels.

This gym, space, cafe and most importantly community - it has it all. Simone is by far one of the most exceptional trainers I've been coached by. His energy & enthusiasm to see you succeed and smash through your fitness goals (no matter what level) will get you out of bed in the morning.. and if you don't he'll be texting and calling.
