As a true dealer alternative, we offer all the same levels of service you would expect to get from a high end BMW dealer but at a more reasonable price. We offer parts, servicing and repairs for up to 40% cheaper in some instances. We guarantee that we will NEVER sacrifice the quality of oils or parts being used on your car just to improve our bottom line.
John is our Director and a Senior Technician. He's married with three kids and loves his cars. He still enjoys working on the tools when the paperwork doesn't keep him trapped in the office. His first introduction to BMW was at the age of 8 and it was a BMW 316 E21 that got his attention. Shannon is our Senior Technician and Service Adviser, he comes into BM Autowerks with a plethora of knowledge, but unfortunately loves his cycling and Lycra!
At BM Autowerks, we complete the highest standard of BMW service using genuine parts and lubricants and the latest BMW scanning tools and equipment. Factory scheduled services and the use of genuine parts and lubricants allow us to service your BMW and MINI vehicle without compromising your warranty.
As each new BMW or MINI rolls off the production line, a new studio tool is produced to repair it efficiently. We strive to keep on top of each new mechanical or electrical development as it happens, so that we can always service your BMW or MINI to the best standard available, no matter how recent the model.
A pre-purchase inspection is a detailed visual inspection, mechanical test and road test carried out on a vehicle. We can provide an independent BMW inspection, or MINI inspection of any vehicle being sold either privately or through a motor car trader.

As far as I'm concerned John and his team are A1 in their knowledge, professionalism, customer service and trustworthiness. I am a 55yo lady owner of an older model 2002 BMW which I love very much and after a long, strong discussion with my husband, I took my car back to John to continue its temporarily interrupted service history with BMA. There was a lot to be diagnosed and repaired and John explained everything meticulously. My car was held for over a week and the cost was fair payment for great service. Nothing can replace that confident, peace-of-mind I get when I know my car is totally reliable

John and his team are just simply brilliant. These are not just any ordinary workshop guys but seriously technical guys who know inside out of BMW's. My 3 series had a engine light and I was kinda worried . Turned out to be fault with the battery. They fixed the engine light and asked me to monitor over 2 weeks. I dint have an appointment today just drove in to seek their views on the engine light. Thanks guys for accommodating me today. I am little less tensed now. Much appreciated. Jagdish

I was referred by a friend to visit John from BM Autowerks, upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how clean and organised the shop is setup. When speaking to John he took the time out and we actually drove the car and instantly provided his thoughts and potential solutions. Very happy how clear he was and explained next steps. Booked the car in explained the plan for the day most importantly provided options along the way with a follow up phone call, no pressure no fuss. Customer service is by far next to none. Considering other BMW mechanics prices Johns was reasonable and definitely wasn’t

I have been to another independent BMW service agent when I had my first BMW many years ago and that experience was costly and rather ordinary. It is great to see the business has grown and I recommend anyone who is looking at getting a second opinion to visit BM Autowerks.
